MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Replacement of MS-720 Exam​

The MS-720 exam for Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer certification has been retired as of June 30, 2023. It will be replaced by Exam MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer, which will give candidates the Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate title. Those who already have the MS-720 certification will see both the original certification and the new one on their transcript starting on July 1, 2023. The Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert certification will still appear on the candidate's profile on Microsoft Learn and can be renewed until December 2023, after which it will be moved to the certification history section of the transcript.
