MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Replacement of MS-720 Exam​

The MS-720 exam for Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer certification has been retired as of June 30, 2023. It will be replaced by Exam MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer, which will give candidates the Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate title. Those who already have the MS-720 certification will see both the original certification and the new one on their transcript starting on July 1, 2023.
